There is both a family room and a living room here and both have large flat screen TV’s, a unique feature in vacation homes. In addition to this space there a formal dining room with seating for 8, just perfect for all types of occasions and family get-togethers.

Lake Wilson Preserve is a brand new community of just 96 homes all built in a Mediterranean style with Spanish tiled roofs and block paved driveways. Each villa is furnished to an extremely high standard with a fully fitted kitchen, a private screened pool, and a covered lanai to enjoy those beautiful Floridian sunsets.

Lake Wilson Preserve is located in Davenport only 15 minutes drive from Disney World. Restaurants, supermarkets, and golf courses are only minutes drive away, making Lake Wilson Preserve a great place to explore all the Disney Orlando area has to offer.
Lake Wilson Preserve neighbors Reunion and Champions Gate where guests can enjoy a round of golf on one of their 5 championship golf courses, designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicklaus.
You can easily find unlimited dining and entertainment opportunities on the US192 which is literally a few minutes’ drives away.
The I4 is only 2 miles away, making Orlando International, Tampa, or Sanford airports easily accessible.

Extras:
Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the check-in)
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge against the security deposit for the reservation of $400.00 minimum.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. As well as items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, dish detergent to dishwasher and laundry detergent, garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Although we provide welcome amenities, we do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00
