You probably already know that Champions Gate is one of the most popular communities in the Orlando area, especially because it is just 15 minutes away from the happiest place on earth. What you may not know, however, is its proximity to the best shops, the tastiest restaurants, and all the local theme parks!

A cobblestone driveway and stacked stone front façade makes 1698CG stand out in ways that will heighten your anticipation to see what is inside. There’s no parking in the garage, though, the secret reason as to why, we will explain in more detail later. For now, just leave your car in the driveway and head through the arched entryway to the heavy door that will soon swing open, revealing the treasures inside! An open concept floor plan is bright, colorful, and built for comfort as you walk along the white tiles to the first room, we can already sense your joy!

Living Room: White walls don’t always have to be bland and as you step into this room, comfortable leather furnishings create a treat for your eyes! Centered on a multi-colored rug and facing a state of the art flat screened television, the multiple windows in this room keep it light and bright, while the red valances add a bit of drama.

Kitchen: Dramatic, homey, and fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances, dishes, and pots and pans, this space also offers a charcoal gray glass tile backsplash, stone countertops and a breakfast bar faced with four leather and wood barstools. Here is where meals will be made, coffee will be brewed, and good times will be had as the family takes turns being the cook of the day!

Dining Room: 8 guests can sit comfortably on the cushioned wood chairs that surround the heavy dining room table; add the 4 sitting at the breakfast bar located just behind the dining room and all 12 of the maximum number of guests can enjoy a meal together!

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Bedroom 1: The lower level of 1698CG is home to two bedrooms, a master suite which we will discuss below and a queen guest room that is the topic on hand now. Silver bedding offers a sophisticated feel and a flat screen television provides entertainment late into the night. A private bath provides a tub/shower combo, a single vanity with silvery countertops, and updated nickel plated fixtures.

Master Suite Bedroom 2: The final bedroom located on the main level, the master suite presents the feel of a farmhouse bedroom with the king bed framed in barn wood, gray and gold bedding, and valances in a silky gold material hanging over 3 sets of windows. Always light and airy, a flat screen television sits on the dresser across from the bed and the private bath offers double vanities.

Master Bedroom 3: As we take the party upstairs, the first room we will visit is the upstairs master suite. Featuring a luxuriously padded headboard covered in gray fabric, the king bed provides luxury, comfort, and an excellent night’s sleep, but if sleep is a little difficult to engage in, a large flat screen television sitting on the dresser allows for late night channel surfing until your eyes can not stay open. A master ensuite bath provides privacy and is decorated with a spa-like simplicity.

Bedroom 4: Two twin beds topped in turquoise and white bedding and multiple pictures of Disney Princesses create a room that little girls will thrill to make their own. Access to a Jack and Jill Bath, attached to a more masculine version of this room, makes these 2 rooms feel as if they are in a separate wing designed just for children.

Bedroom 5: Two more twin beds, these topped in masculine gray, white, and blue comforters, will give your rowdy boys a happy place to run wild; bicycle and football prints and a map of the world hanging on the wall will set their imagination free! Offering access to the Jack part of the Jack and Jill bathroom, a tub/shower combo and double vanity will help keep all the kids sparkling clean!

Bedroom 6: Two more twin beds and another flat screen television finish up the tour of the bedrooms of 1698CG, ensuring that everyone in your party has a place to rest, relax, and call their own.

Bonus Living Area: Surprise! This home is built for multiple families traveling together as it features an upstairs living area as well as the lower level one! Comfy furnishings in shades of teal and orange, a flat screen television, and views of the neighborhood awaits the guests who reside here!

Game Room: Surprise number 2 is destined to make this Champions Gate home your favorite vacation home of all time! A brightly painted game room takes up space in what used to be the garage, sporting red walls, an air hockey, foosball, and pool table, as well as a basketball shooting game tucked away in the corner!

Outdoor/Patio Area: This is the area where magic can really happen as you swim in the crystal clear waters of the pool, soak in the hot tub (especially appreciated after all the walking that will be done at Disney!) or soak up the rays in the chaises surrounding the pool! Screened in against creepy crawlies and offering a pool side bathroom as well as a patio set under the covered patio that allows for romantic meals outside on clear Florida nights. This space promises to be a favorite of all who play here!
