As you enter your vacation home, you will be greeted by a Sitting Area tucked neatly at the front of the home. Plush Furniture is placed in the Sitting Area for a moment alone to read or nap!
The Formal Dining Area seats up to Six (6) guests comfortably. There is a pass-through window from the Kitchen for easy table preparation. In the fabulous Kitchen, you have Quartz Countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, Cookware, Dinnerware and plenty of space to make a family meal or a quick snack.
Additional Dining Seating at the extended Breakfast Bar for Four (4) ensures you can accommodate all your friends & family at mealtime.
The main Living Area boasts Leather Furniture – Sofa, Love Seat and Side Chair and a Flat Screen TV for your comfort and enjoyment. Both the main Living Area and Kitchen give you views of the Pool Area with access to the Pool Area from the Kitchen.
The grand Pool Area boasts an oversize Pool with a Spa, a covered Lanai with Patio Seating, Sun Loungers and a Pool Safety Fence. Pool was resurfaced in 2020. (Pool Heating is available for $35.00 per night/3 nt minimum October – April; Inquire at booking time.)
