THE SPACE
This 2,570 sqft, 2-story home is perfect for families with children or groups traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney, Epcot and surrounding theme parks. The home is located in the Encore Resort at Reunion Community, and guests of this property have access to the on-site restaurant, convenience store, and basketball court if you choose. (**Please note, however, this property does not have access to the other clubhouse amenities or Encore’s water park. There is plenty to do at the home with a private pool, whirlpool spa and in-home game room)

. OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE that is great for interacting and spending relaxed time at home with an L-shaped sofa perfect for relaxing moments, a large wall-mounted Smart TV and direct access to the pool and outdoor patio area.
. A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops and high end appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals at home and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean up!
. A CENTER ISLAND/BREAKFAST BAR with 4 stools for a snack time, a meal prep spot or extra seating for dinner time!
. A FORMAL DINING AREA to comfortably seat 8 around the table for a quiet sit down meal at home.
